What you can do
Find properties
Find properties by hotel or vacation-rental name, narrow searches by city, region, or country, and select the correct property from BookYolo’s indexed results.
Inspect stays
Retrieve an inspection previously saved to your account or run a new property inspection using your available scan balance.
Manage your BookYolo access
View your BookYolo plan and remaining scans, and identify the BookYolo profile connected through OAuth.
Available tools
BookYolo provides four tools to compatible AI clients.
bookyolo_find_properties — Searches BookYolo’s property index by name and optional location. This is read-only and does not consume a scan credit.
bookyolo_inspect_property — Retrieves a saved inspection or runs an inspection for a property selected from BookYolo search. A user-supplied listing URL can also be used where supported.
A new inspection may consume one scan credit and save the result to the user’s BookYolo account. Previously inspected properties follow BookYolo’s existing caching rules.
bookyolo_get_account — Returns the connected account’s plan, subscription status, scan allowance, scans used, and remaining scan balance.
This is a read-only operation and does not consume a scan credit.
bookyolo_get_profile — Returns basic information about the BookYolo account connected through OAuth so compatible clients can identify the active account.
This is a read-only operation and does not consume a scan credit.
How property inspection works
1. The assistant searches BookYolo using the property name and location.
2. BookYolo returns matching indexed properties.
3. The user selects the intended property when clarification is needed.
4. BookYolo retrieves an existing inspection or runs a new one.
5. The inspection is displayed in a structured report view.

Access requirements
A BookYolo account is required. OAuth authorization must be completed in the AI client. The account must have an available scan balance to run a new inspection. Search and account tools remain available without consuming scan credits. Availability may depend on whether BookYolo has sufficient listing information and guest feedback for the selected property. Normal service safeguards and usage limits apply.
Scan credits and saved inspections
Property search, account lookup, and profile lookup do not consume scan credits.
A new property inspection may consume one credit and is saved to the connected BookYolo account.
If the same user has already inspected that listing, BookYolo normally returns the saved result without consuming another credit.
A refreshed inspection is available only when BookYolo’s backend marks the saved result for re-scan.
The user must confirm before the refresh is requested.
Security and privacy
Connections use HTTPS. Authorization uses OAuth 2.0 with PKCE. Users sign in directly with BookYolo; passwords are not shared with the AI client. Access is limited to the permissions approved during authorization. Users can disconnect BookYolo through the relevant AI client.
